3. Results Disclaimer:  

 While the session aims to assist in personal development, individual results can vary. There are no guarantees of specific outcomes, as the session’s success depends on numerous factors, including your personal openness and application of the insights.

4. Confidentiality:  

 All sessions are confidential, ensuring your personal information and details shared during the session remain private unless you choose to disclose them.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy:  

Clients may cancel their session up to [48 hours] before the scheduled time to receive a partial refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will not be eligible for a full refund to compensate for the preparation time and opportunity cost.No-shows and cancellations on the day of the meeting are non-refundable and non-transferrable.

6. Recording:

The Reader will try her utmost to ensure that the client has a recording of their Reading. However, please note that the client is paying for the Reading and not for the zoom call. Therefore, if for some reason the Reading is not recorded the price will remain the same.

7. Understanding and Acceptance:  

 By participating in the session, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined in this disclaimer.

8. Legal Compliance:  

The Reader is not regulated as a psychologist, health professional, or legal advisor within the UK. This Akashic Records session is offered as a spiritual service, and attendees should complement it with professional services where applicable. Compliance with UK law is paramount, and you are advised to seek licensed advice for matters requiring such expertise.

Before Your Reading: 

Before you’re reading avoid drinking alcohol or taking any drugs (unless prescribed). Please read the information about Akashic Records and what happens during your reading. Read and sign your disclaimer before your session. Before your reading make sure you are in a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. Have a note pad and paper ready to take any notes and a glass of water. 

During Your Reading:

During your reading, I will open your Akashic Records and access your Soul’s Blueprint for this life. Information retrieved from your book will often show soul themes, your current life purpose, what soul lessons you have completed and what still needs to be experienced. It may also contain themes from past lives, present and/or future lives.

Please note that, with your full consent, I will only be able to temporarily access and open your book during the session. Your record is yours and yours alone and upon completion of the reading, I will close it and return it to its original sealed state.
